ROB RUN Loot Values: Cargo Prices & What to Sell

Tracked ROB RUN cargo values, how fence prices change with location and notoriety, and which loot is worth the bag space on a heist.

Last Updated: 2026-11-06

Quick answer. The most valuable tracked cargo is the Unique Collection Crate at around $500,000, followed by the Golden Statue at $250,000 and the Expensive Safe at $200,000. Fence prices change with location and notoriety, so treat these as base values, not quotes.

  • A Bank Money Bag is tracked at around $60,000.
  • Suitcases sit around $25,000 each.
  • The fence pays by location and notoriety, not by a fixed menu.
  • Cash left on the counter can be stolen or confiscated.

How fence pricing works

The fence does not pay a fixed catalogue price. Two things change the number you see:

  1. Location. Different sellers and sales points pay differently for the same cargo.
  2. Notoriety. The longer you stay active in the city, the more your loot and payouts can be worth, but the more police attention you attract.

That creates a trade-off. A high-notoriety run can pay more for the same bag, but it also makes the exit harder. Set an exit threshold before you enter the target, not after the bag is full.

The money guide→ explains how notoriety fits the wider income loop.

What to take first

When the bag is open and the clock is running, take in this order:

  1. Highest value per slot. A Portable Safe at $100,000 is usually better than four suitcases if it occupies fewer slots.
  2. Items the fence will actually buy. Some cargo is worth more opened at a Cargo Workbench than sold whole.
  3. Nothing you cannot carry to the exit. A $500,000 crate that slows you down in the open street is a $0 crate.

Do not fill the last slot with a $25,000 suitcase if it means dropping a $150,000 crate. Bag space is the real currency.

Selling the cargo

The sale itself has three steps, and the third is the one players skip:

  1. Find the fence: a van marked with a dollar sign in Looty Bay, or a Sales Center.
  2. Sell the cargo.
  3. Pick the cash up off the counter immediately.

Money left on the counter can be stolen by other players or confiscated. This is the cheapest mistake in the game to avoid and one of the most expensive to make.

After the sale, bank the cash before you shop. Pocket cash is loot for the next player who kills you.

Should you open crates or sell them?

Some cargo can be opened at a Cargo Workbench instead of sold whole. Opening is a gamble: the contents may be worth more than the sealed crate, or less.

The safe play is to sell sealed high-value crates and open low-value ones you can afford to lose. If you are saving for a plot or a production facility, sell. If you already have a base and a spare kit, experiment.

Cargo and the wipe

Cargo stored at your base is not safe from the weekly wipe. The Federal Raid clears plots, bases, weapons and cash, and converts the loss into jail time and authority.

That means cargo has a shelf life measured in days, not weeks. If the cycle is close to ending, sell what you can and convert the rest into progress you keep, such as cosmetics or accumulated jail time. Do not stockpile crates through a wipe.

Base storage is not a bank

Base storage is not a bank. A raid can take stored cargo, and the wipe takes the rest. Keep only what you plan to use or sell this cycle.

FAQ

What is the most valuable loot in ROB RUN?

The Unique Collection Crate is the highest tracked cargo at around $500,000, followed by the Golden Statue at around $250,000 and the Expensive Safe at around $200,000.

Where do I sell loot in ROB RUN?

At a fence: the van marked with a dollar sign in Looty Bay, or a Sales Center. Take the cash off the counter immediately after the sale.

Do fence prices change?

Yes. Location and notoriety both affect the price. The values in the table are base values, not guaranteed payouts.

Is cargo safe at my base?

No. Bases can be raided, and the weekly wipe clears stored cargo along with plots, weapons and cash.
